NRI Legal Resources is seeking a skilled Family Law Associate Attorney on behalf of a respected law firm located in Baltimore, Maryland. This full-time, in-office position offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment with strong potential for professional growth.

Position Overview

As a Family Law Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload involving matters such as divorce, child custody, child support, property division, and domestic violence. The role demands a proactive attorney with strong litigation skills and a client-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage family law cases from inception to resolution

  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements

  • Represent clients in court hearings, trials, depositions, and mediations

  • Develop legal strategies in collaboration with clients and legal team

  • Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients throughout the process

  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure high-quality legal representation

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

  • Active license to practice law in Maryland (required)

  • 2-5 years of experience in family law

  • Strong courtroom and litigation skills

  • Excellent legal writing, communication, and negotiation abilities

  • Client-focused with a commitment to professional excellence

Compensation

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
Compensation will be based on the candidate’s level of experience and credentials.
