KPMG is currently seeking a Paralegal, KPMG law to join our practice.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the formation, registration, anddissolution of domestic and international entities, ensuring compliance withjurisdictional requirements
- Draft and maintain corporate documents includingbylaws, operating agreements, resolutions, and meeting minutes for boards andcommittees
- Coordinate and file annual reports, businesslicenses, and other regulatory filings to maintain good standing acrossjurisdictions
- Maintain and update entity management systems,ensuring accurate and current records for all entities
- Support internal and external audits bypreparing entity documentation and responding to information requests
- Partner with client legal, tax, finance, andbusiness teams to support transactions, reorganizations, and strategicinitiatives
- Act with integrity, professionalism and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum eight years of recent experience in paralegal with a focus on corporate governance and entity management
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited college/university is required. Experience working in a law firm or in-house legal department supporting a large portfolio of entities is highly desirable.Strong understanding of corporate structures,compliance obligations, and governance best practices
- Proficiency in entity management software andMicrosoft Office Suite
- Experience working in a law firm or in-house legal department supporting a large portfolio of entities is highly desirable
- Attention to detail in the management ofmultiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused setting
- Resourceful and proactive in identifying issuesand proposing practical solutions, with strong written and verbal communicationskills.
