SummaryJob Description: We are seeking a proactive and highly organized paralegal to join our legal team, with a focus on contract review and management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities efficiently. This position will play a critical role in ensuring the contracting process operates efficiently and in accordance with applicable law.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and assist in the review, and negotiation of supplier/customer agreements and related legal documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable laws.

* Coordinate responses to requests for proposals, bids and tenders and assist in developing standard operating procedures for government contracting.

* Close collaboration with in-house legal counsel and relevant stakeholders.

* Support the development and implementation of contract management policies and procedures.

* Maintain contract database, ensuring all contracts are up-to-date and accessible.

* Coordinate with subject matter experts (including IP, finance, regulatory, and IT) on contract matters.

* Verify contracts are signed and maintained in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree.

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration or as a paralegal with a focus on contract review and management.

* Ability to independently and proactively identify problems and develop solutions.

* Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.

* Experience with government contracting is strongly preferred.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. If you are a proactive and diligent professional, we encourage you to apply. The pay range for this role is between $70,000 and $85,000, dependent on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
