Monroe, LA
Pay Rate: $14.00 – $18.00 per hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

We’re hiring receptionists to be the friendly faces and helpful voices to greet visitors, answer phones, handle light admin work, and help keep the day running smoothly.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Greet guests and make them feel welcome
  • Answer phones and keep things flowing
  • Handle scheduling, filing, and light office work
  • Pitch in with day-to-day admin tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism
  • Answer calls, direct inquiries, and take accurate messages
  • Manage appointments and office calendars
  • Organize and maintain legal files (physical and digital)
  • Assist with document prep, copying, scanning, and mail handling
  • Support general office tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reception or admin experience (legal setting preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment
  • Discretion with confidential information
