The Labor & Employment group in the New York office is looking for a talented mid to senior-level associate (class years 2022-2019) with traditional labor experience to join its growing practice. The ideal candidate will have experience with collective bargaining, NLRB practice (both for unfair labor practice and representation cases) as well as labor arbitration. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate seeking meaningful responsibility and the chance to play a key role in the continued expansion of the team. The starting base salary for this New York position is expected to be between $310,000-$420,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
