Multi Offices – Corporate Restructuring (2026)

Winston Taylor is looking for an entry-level associate to join the Financial Restructuring Practice Group in Fall 2026. A strong interest in corporate restructuring is required. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated in-court and out-of-court restructurings for institutional and private credit lenders and large public and private companies across a range of industries.

All candidates should have excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, analytical, writing, and verbal skills. We will consider candidates for our Chicago and New York offices. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location or scheduled to take the applicable July 2026 Bar Exam.
