Our highly regarded west-side client is searching for a skilled Administrative Assistant, to support outstanding team members of an extremely successful professional services firm. 
This position is newly created, will be action packed, challenging, and the duties diverse.
Salary range $58,000 – $60,000, depending on experience, with excellent benefits and 401k match, amazing work environment and incredible team!
This position will be responsible for –   

  • Support team members with drafting and editing confidential documents, engagement letters, and report generation
  • Prepare new client files and run conflict checks
  • Update and maintain database
  • Track executive’s billable hours
  • Work with corporate records, register of deeds and other outside resources
  • Act as backup to other assistants when needed
  • Many special projects as assigned

Ideal candidate will have 4+ years solid administrative experience in a professional services environment, and advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work with extremely confidential documents, incredible attention to detail, and have a very high level of professional savvy is a must.  This person needs to be proactive, have the ability to anticipate needs, and truly act as an extension of the team.
