The Assistant General Counsel provides comprehensive legal counsel, expertise and support to the bank across a range of banking, regulatory and risk-related matters. The position primarily concentrates on ensuring compliance with federal, state and banking laws and regulations.

Eligible positions may also be eligible to receive commission-based compensation and/or discretionary incentive compensation, which may be awarded as cash or forfeitable equity, recognizing individual performance and contributions.
