KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Learning & Development – Tax to join our Talent & Culture L&D organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the planning, delivering and closing of instructor-led, virtual and/or nationally developed local office training programs
- Understand and maintain knowledge of CPE requirements, NASBA guidelines, EA requirements, and internal processes to enhance and update them as needed
- Assist with the creation, maintenance, and deployment of Digital Asset courses and help maintain the SharePoint digital asset database
- Prepare, analyze and summarize various reports needed to assess and deliver training
- Assist with other initiatives where needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of recent business experience in a professional environment
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or related experience
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint and Outlook (specifically including VLOOKUP and pivot tables) preferred
- Ability to exercise independent judgment to make daily decisions with minimal supervision; able to work on multiple projects concurrently, maintaining quality deliverables
- Demonstrate strong attention to details; excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, project management and analytical skills required
- Ability to travel up to 25%
