Under the general direction of the Attorney, Assistant Chief Counsel (ACC) of the Attorney Services Office B (Office), of the legal Affairs Division (Division), within the Department of Cannabis Control (Department), the Attorney IV will be responsible for providing a full range of legal services to the Department. The incumbent will be expected to perform the more complex and sensitive legal services with broad discretion and independence. The incumbent will be expected to be a legal expert in the most complex and sensitive areas as well as the ability to handle assignments involving novel theories and rapidly evolving areas of law.
