Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Attorney/Lawyer in New York, New York, United States. The role involves working in a dynamic environment where you will be tasked with handling various corporate agreements, utilizing your expertise in case management software, and having a strong familiarity with Conga software.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of vendor agreements, from negotiation to review, to drafting and redlining.

• Leverage your proficiency in case management software to effectively manage legal cases.

• Use Conga software to streamline contract management processes.

• Utilize your skills in Adobe Acrobat and 3M for document management and drafting commercial contracts.

• Oversee all areas of claim administration and complaint handling.

• Apply your knowledge in civil litigation when dealing with complex legal issues.

• Manage all aspects of software license agreements.

• Act as a liaison for the company in the consumer electronics industry, negotiating contracts and resolving any legal issues.

• Handle briefing responsibilities, ensuring all relevant parties are informed about the status of negotiations and agreements. Requirements • Must have experience in the role of Attorney/Lawyer with detail oriented credentials

• Proficiency in using 3M and Adobe Acrobat software tools

• Demonstrable experience with Case Management Software and Conveyancer

• Strong capabilities in Document Management and Briefing

• Experience in Civil Litigation and Claim Administration

• Proven skills in Complaint Handling within a Consumer Electronics context

• Familiarity with Software License Agreements

• Extensive knowledge in drafting and reviewing Commercial Contracts

• Demonstrated expertise in Contract Management

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and high levels of organization

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
