Business Litigation Counsel – Atlanta

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is currently seeking a Counsel track attorney to join the firm in the Atlanta office.

Qualifications:

• Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience representing companies and/or financial institutions in regard to single plaintiff litigation of all types. Preference for experience handling litigation matters involving consumer loans of all types, loan agreements/modifications and wrongful foreclosure litigation.
• Candidates must have an excellent understanding of civil procedure, experience in taking and defending depositions, and drafting pleadings.
• Strong preference in candidates with experience appearing in state and federal courts in Georgia.
• Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills.

Please note that Womble Bond Dickinson’s counsel track opportunities are off-track/not partner track and therefore have a reduced billable hour requirement.
