Foley & Lardner LLP is currently seeking a Project Assistant who will work closely with Corporate attorneys and paraprofessionals in our Estate Planning practice. The ideal candidate is a clear communicator with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization, and can effectively manage multiple assignments and deadlines while producing highquality work.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate information and workflow for client matters to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Assist with maintaining client lists, schedules, annual notices, and annual reporting requirements
- Provide timely, professional communication and status updates to members of the client practice teams
- Organize, maintain, and administer documents across various document management systems
- Support the preparation, compilation, and filing of probate documents and tax returns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
- Prior experience in a legal or professional office environment strongly preferred
- Previous exposure to Corporate or Estate Planning practice areas desired
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with PDF software preferred
- Strong organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing deadlines, including working flexible hours when required #LI-Onsite
In support of transparency and equity in the workplace, Foley provides salary ranges for all positions. The figures below represent the full compensation range of this position. The actual offered amount will be between the range minimum and midpoint based on the following factors: education, experience, geographic market, and internal pay equity at Foley.
Tampa – $52,800 to $73,900
