- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 + years HR-related experience and working knowledge of basic HR policies and procedures
- Strong investigative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees

- Effective and efficient management and completion of numerous tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Excel, Power Point, and other Microsoft Office software
- Advanced Degree
- Academic background in human resources, business management and/or labor relations, and understanding of employment law is highly desirable
- Labor relations and manufacturing HR experience
- Discrimination and Harassment Investigation experience
- Data Analytics Proficiency
- Strong presentation skills
- Eager to learn and take on new challenges
- Demonstrated positive attitude
