MUST:
Experienced Estate Planning Paralegal
2+ years of estate paralegal experience
1+ years of experience with estate tax preferred
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Experience with open probate, prepare court filings, inventory assets, manage asset liquidation, and handle trust funding/distributions.
Must be self-driven and self-starter
Demonstrated proficiency in legal research and writing
Strong organizational and client relationship building skills
DUTIES:
Drafting estate planning documents
Estate planning for simple and sophisticated estate plans
Assisting with valuing estate assets and coordinating with financial institutions.
Helping with court filings, asset transfers, tax returns, and creditor claims after death.
