Responsibilities
- Independently manage a diverse caseload, including divorce, child custody, child support, property division, and domestic violence matters
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, meditations, and depositions
- Conduct thorough legal research and develop effective case strategies
- Provide clear, compassionate legal counsel to clients throughout the legal process
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest level of client service
