Shift: Monday – Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM

Here’s what it takes to succeed with us.
- Paralegal certificate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with legal terminology and court procedures
- experience with case management software
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Responsibilities:
- Assist with case preparation and file management
- Draft, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings
- Organize and maintain case files (electronic and physical)
- File legal documents with courts (e-filing and in-person, if applicable)
- Manage calendars, deadlines, and court dates
- Communicate with clients, courts, and external parties as needed
- Support discovery process, including document review and organization
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
