We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented legal Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and legal support to attorneys and the legal team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of law firm experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and legal support to attorneys and the legal team.
  • Manage and maintain client files, documents, correspondence, and records.
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and client communications.
  • Prepare, organize, format, and proofread legal correspondence and documents.
  • Assist with legal drafting and preparation of legal documents.
  • Coordinate and assist with court filings and other legal submissions.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, attorneys, courts, and other parties.
  • Assist with matters involving tax law and related legal issues.
  • Track deadlines, appointments, filings, and other time-sensitive matters to ensure timely follow-through.
  • Conduct basic legal and administrative research as requested.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive client and legal information with discretion.
  • Support attorneys with document organization and preparation for meetings, hearings, and other legal matters.
  • Take on additional substantive legal support responsibilities as experience, knowledge, and proficiency develop.
  • Perform other administrative and legal support duties as needed.
