Sherwin-Williams is seeking highly qualified and motivated law clerks for its legal Department to begin one year clerkships following the current school year, working full-time during the summer (May – August 2026) and part-time during the subsequent school year (August 2026 – May 2027).
The successful candidates will have an opportunity to work on projects in a wide-array of practice areas, including commercial and corporate contracts, litigation, real estate, environmental, regulatory, transportation, intellectual property, employee benefits, labor and employment, bankruptcy, advertising, corporate governance, securities, immigration, and data privacy and security.
This role will report to Sherwin-Williams Global Headquarters located at 1 Sherwin Way, Cleveland, OH 44113.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree.
- Must have completed first or second year of law school.
