About the role:

As a legal intern, you will assist with several commercial projects, including contract review/revision, intellectual property, regulatory, labor and employment, mergers & acquisitions, and compliance. A legal Intern with a business background, or interest in commercial transactions could support preparation and rollout of these projects for both our Corporate Governance and Strategic Acquisitions team and our Operating Plant Services department.

You will report to a mentor within the Legal and Compliance team and be located at our Cranberry location. This is a paid, full-time hybrid summer position.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Juris Doctor degree
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Complete 1st year of law School before internship commences
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The hourly rate for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $30.00 to $32.00 per hour.
