Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a Counsel Attorney to join the Mass Torts Practice Group in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

This opportunity is part of a growing team of regulatory attorneys and scientists primarily focused on supporting clients that are regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The practice presents ample opportunity for learning new areas of adjacent law, and requires flexibility to support dynamic client needs.

Qualifications
  • Knowlede and experience with federal regulatory submissions, compliance experience, the Administrative Procedure Act, and notice and comment rulemaking
  • Strong scientific and technical background
  • Skill, knowledge, and ability to conduct research and apply laws, court decisions, scientific literature, and administrative agency documents in order to provide exceptional advocacy and counsel
  • Must be licensed in North Carolina, be willing to take the next available North Carolina bar exam, or be eligible to seek admission without examination.
  • Must be willing to travel for conferences, regulatory meetings, and other proceedings as necessary.
Candidates with experience in some of the above areas who are willing to increase their knowledge will be considered.

This position is not eligible for fully remote work. Full-time on-site work is preferred, though hybrid configurations of 12 days per week may be considered.
