Seeking to hire a highly qualified alternative track associate or senior attorney with five to seven years of experience to join our labor and employment practice in our Miami office. As a non-partnership track attorney, the billable hour requirement for this position is 1,850 annually. The successful applicant must possess significant litigation experience (with a preference for employment law experience), including managing single and/or multi-plaintiff litigation in federal and state court and arbitration.
