The New York office of Paul Hastings LLP is Mid-Level Associate with at least four years of experience to join the Employment law Department. Substantial litigation experience is required and employment litigation experience strongly preferred. Trade secret, pay equity or class action experience a plus. Outstanding academic credentials and law firm experience are required.
Candidate must be admitted to the New York Bar. Please submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript and writing sample.
The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $310,000 and a maximum of $390,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
