You are a highly skilled, early career Litigation Paralegal with a passion for making a tangible impact in a cutting-edge technology environment. You are comfortable with technology, leveraging tools and platforms to optimize workflows and enhance productivity. You are familiar with AI-enabled tools and demonstrate the ability to thoughtfully apply them to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and support scalable legal operations. You thrive in fast-paced settings, while supporting in-house attorneys and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You are agile, detail-oriented, and learn quickly. You are proactive and take ownership over projects and tasks to completion. You are based in, or able to work effectively within, U.S. West Coast time zones.
This is an executionoriented role well suited for someone early in their paralegal career who is comfortable working with data, systems, and crossfunctional partners.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support daytoday litigation and investigation matters, including document management and coordination with internal teams and outside counsel
- Administer legal holds, including their issuance, tracking, and release
- Assist with data preservation and collection in support of litigation, investigations, and insiderthreat matters
- Operate eDiscovery platforms and tools, including matter setup, data organization, running searches, data transfers to outside counsel, and production support
- Help manage ongoing legal programs such as document retention and open-source governance, and DMCA takedowns
- Maintain accurate matter records, logs, and documentation
- Coordinate with IT, Compliance, Security, and HR to ensure consistent execution of legal processes
- Completing other administrative duties as necessary
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent practical experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a paralegal, litigation support, or related role
- Proficiency with eDiscovery platforms and tools
- Working knowledge of legal holds, document management, and data preservation concepts
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in an inhouse legal department (law firm experience also considered)
- Exposure to technology companies or dataintensive environments
- Familiarity with document retention programs, open-source compliance, or compliancedriven workflows
