Compensation: $20/hr
PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for administrative and legal tasks. Incumbent will work closely with members of the Legal department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (performs other duties as assigned):
- Review and revise contractual agreements
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
- Assist with management of contract repository
- Assist with Application of document retention policy
- Draft certain legal communications
- Assist with litigation management
- Support team with various projects
- Perform other administrative duties as necessary in support of the legal department.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS:
- General office environment (keyboard, mouse, telephone use)
- Manual dexterity (grasp, hand/wrist movement)
- Stand, walk, stoop, bend, reach
- Push/pull
- Light Lifting (25lbs or less)
