Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a Patent Agent to join the Mechanical Team of the Patent Prosecution & Litigation Practice Group in Atlanta, Georgia.
Qualifications
- 3 or more years of patent prosecution experience, including Application drafting
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or similar degree
- Excellent academic credentials
- Excellent writing and research abilities are a must, as well as proficiency in written and verbal communications
- Team oriented
- Prefer knowledge and experience with other forms of intellectual property
- Prefer international and IP litigation support experience
- Must be a member of the USPTO
