Responsibilities
* Obtain, compile, and structure data and information from various sources, ensuring sources are appropriately monitored for timely execution of necessary actions.
* Apply protocols for maintaining data integrity, ensuring accuracy and completeness, while effectively collaborating with legal and law enforcement entities to address and resolve complex issues.
* Ensure the timely and accurate entry and updating of a high-volume of records in the case management system and/or designated databases, documents, or spreadsheets, while mentoring team members on best practices.
* Facilitate the integration of relevant information from diverse sources to create comprehensive documents, reports, summaries and visualizations, ensuring that all responses are thorough and presented in the most suitable format.
* Assist in the development of dashboards and automated reports that utilize analytics to provide real-time insights into case status, record completeness, and compliance metrics, facilitating quicker decision-making.
* Analyze patterns and trends within records to uncover insights that inform strategic decision-making and operational improvements, such as case prioritization, resource allocation, risk, and process adjustments.
* Work with cross-functional teams to understand their information needs and provide relevant data support.
* Assist in the creation and refinement of standard operating procedures and provide training for both new and existing team members to enhance overall team competence and efficiency.
* Take initiative in identifying areas for process improvement and innovation, and perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals.
