This position is deputized to assist in the discharge of the duties of the Clerk of Circuit Court, Register in Probate, and Clerk of Juvenile Court. See WI Stat 59.40, 59.40(2), 753.30, 756, 801.18, 801.61, 809, 851.72, 885.38, 889, 973.09, and SCR 62, 72.01(45), (46), (46m), (46r)
This position is necessary to meet obligations in providing a clerk for court proceedings, preparing for jury trials, assisting customers, processing documents, and other statutory duties.
