Seeking alternative track associate with at least one year of patent prosecution experience with a mechanical engineering background working in a law firm environment. A bachelor’s degree (or graduate degree) preferably in electrical engineering, but a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related area will be considered. Experience with display technologies (e.g., LCD, OLED, etc.) or rechargeable battery technologies (e.g., for electric vehicles) would be a plus. It is required that you prepare for, take, and pass the patent bar exam either prior to you joining the firm or during your first 12 months from the date of hire.
