Job Title: Workers’ Compensation Attorney
Location: Shady Grove, MD (Hybrid – 4 days in-office, 1 day remote)
Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)

About the Opportunity:
A respected and well-established law firm in the Shady Grove area is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Attorney with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Maryland workers’ compensation law. This role is ideal for an attorney looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and collaborative legal environment. The position offers a hybrid work model-four days in-office and one day remote-promoting both professional development and work-life balance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all phases of Maryland workers’ compensation matters, including hearings, negotiations, and settlements

• Conduct depositions, draft pleadings, and attend hearings before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission

• Develop case strategies and provide clear, consistent client communication

• Draft and review legal documents including motions and settlement agreements
