Stinson LLP seeks an associate attorney with at least three years of employment law experience to join our Phoenix office.

The successful candidate should have the following experience and skills:

  • Excellent research, writing, analytical skills, and academics;
  • Significant work and interest in employment litigation, including wage and hour, employment discrimination, and non-competition litigation;
  • Experience leading EEOC and analogous state/local agency charge responses;
  • Employment counseling and policy drafting/review experience (e.g., separation agreements, non-competes, executive employment agreements); and
  • Experience conducting employment due diligence and supporting M&A transactions a plus.

The role requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, a willingness to learn, and a desire to manage a challenging workload. We are relentlessly committed to client service and look for candidates who share that commitment.

Qualified candidates will have at least three years of employment law experience and the ability to handle sophisticated work at a national level. Active Arizona license or eligibility to become admitted to the Arizona bar is required.
